Back to life, back to reality!! :)

We have loved spending time with relatives over the last four weeks, but we are definitely glad to be home . . . alone . . . and enjoying what we do just as a family . . . back to life, back to reality (remember that song from the 80s or maybe early 90s?!?)!!! Sooooo, back to our regular, well kind of, it is a little to cold to be wind surfing, so we headed to the beach to fish. It was supposed to be in the 80s, but with the wind chill factor it felt a little chilly. The Suttons, our wonderful neighbors, helped take part in our fun and our a little gritty turkey burgers!! :) These are the things we re-remembered about our regular life in Corpus:

1. Seagulls love potato chips. They'll come and eat them right out of your finger tips. Our Kaykay got a little brave and actually stood on the sand to feed the birds!!

2. Cami practiced up on her photography skills. Tip #1--shoot horizontal and vertical.

3. Kaykay still enjoys hanging out in the car over playing in the sand.
4. Karston is a mean fisherman!
5. Cami taking pictures again. Tip #2--the best photography accessory is your FEET--get closer to your subject.

6. Dad CAN actually catch a fish!

7. Karston and Dad really enjoy doing BOY things together.

8. Nothing is better than playing in the dunes--a really BIG sand box!!

9. My kids are really cute--no parental bias either!! he-he

10. Dad makes a good servant boy. He was busy putting on bait, casting poles, and untangling fish line for most of the day. Thanks Dad!!
11. Is there ever really an ugly sunset?!? This is the sun setting over Packary Channel.

12. We really enjoy being together as a family!!
