Hiking above 10,000 feet!

As you can see, we dressed for warm weather, and the possibility of getting wet . . . well, it was about 60 degrees up in the mountains.  :(  And the water was . . . FREEZING!

We found lots of hieroglyphics, probably 100 of years old.  he-he

The water was so cold, we couldn't even put our tired feet in it.  :(

We accompanied Josh on one of his runs--we hiked, while he ran.  We decided to head out on some of the trails in the mountains (about 5 miles from downtown Santa Fe).  We found a grove of Aspen trees that was unbelievable, a little eerie, and a lot beautiful.  The hike was on a steep incline, and being over 10,000 feet, the oxygen was sparse, but we had a lot of fun being together, and being able to enjoy the outdoors together.  :)
