visitn' with fam

We enjoyed visiting with Memaw, Kelsey, Harrison & Hunter this week. We tried to pack in all the fun we could on their short visit with us. This is what we did:

We tried to find Memaw a chihuahua at Pee Wee's Pet Adoption Center. This is where we got our Chica (who has been the best dog in the whole world). Memaw knew Papa doesn't want a dog, so she held back, but it was a tough call. :(

We also went & played in the fountains downtown. We had plans on going to the two-story Whataburger, but there were too many people that beat us there. :( Sooooooo, we went to CiCi's instead . . . yummy!

We, also, headed out to the beach of course. Harrison & Karston worked on a sand castle & then it became more like a gigantic hole. The fresh mud from the bottom of their hole felt very nice on Harrison's jelly fish stings. :(

Hunter & Camee worked on a 'hole' as well. Their hole was a chair with an arm & head rest. :)

We had to take jumping pictures too. :)

Kayden & Kelsey enjoy some pizza & soda. :)

Last night we went to the Bay Jammin' Concert at Cole Park. :)

Josh had been in San Antonio up to this point with work, but he came through for us the last night by entertaining us . . . he stuck a scorpion in with the fish. Let's just say Obama (our fish's name) won't be hungry for a while . . .

Thank you Memaw for bringing our NC cousins to see us. We had such a great time with ya'll!! :)
