She fainted!!

Our Cami is very much a girly girl, so when her Mom got her ears pierced (last Christmas), Cami has been begging to do the same. We wanted her to wait until she was older, but we knew this would be a great Christmas surprise for our Cami. Soooo--this morning first thing, we headed to the mall and I surprised Cami by going into Claire's to get her ears pierced. She was so excited to pick out her earrings!! :) She picked her birthstone. She was brave and squeezed my hand really tight when the lady pierced her ears. All the excitement must have been too much for her, because when we were waiting to pay for the earrings--little Cami fell straight backwards--she fainted. It scared me to death!! The lady at the store said she had another person faint after getting earrings too. She asked if Cami got wheezy when she got shots and such, no . . . but . . . her Daddy does. She must definitely have some of Josh's genes. He has been known to have to sit down and compose himself before a shot comes his way. After awaking from her blackout, everything was OK, and she is back to her normal self again. She can't wait to pick out new earrings in six weeks!! We love our Cami & she is on stricked orders never to scare her Mom like that again. The lady gave a sucker to Cami after the incident, and then the store associate asked if I needed one too. :)
