Robo Catcher

Our Karston started another season of baseball this past month. Go Bandits!!! Karston isn't in t-ball anymore, it is now coach pitch. He is one of the youngest and smallest guys on his team, but tonight he was on fire---hitting the ball twice, bringing in runs, and making two points himself. We love our little boy, & we are very proud of him. Josh & Karston have been really practicing lately, and it seems to be paying off. :)

(above) Look at that mean swing!!

(below) Karston usually plays in the outfield, but tonight they let him play catcher. He was all suited up in his safety gear, so much so, he had trouble walking and bending and seeing. He looked pretty much like a robot. But he wasn't complaining, he felt pretty important, and would always smile at his Mom when heading to his position. :)

We love you Karston!!! Congratulations on a great game & good luck with your upcoming season!! GO BANDITS!

Karston being a catcher was my position for many a game. Watch out for the batter's swing and stay to the front of the base with the runner is coming in - that way if the pitch comes in you can turn and tag him out. Love Papa

Memaw is proud of you too. :)
