We spent the day with Karston . . . he was working on his windsurfing technique, and we were just having fun on a beautiful day in Corpus. The weather was great, the water was clear and blue, and the clouds were so beautiful. We are so thankful to live in such a beautiful place, and so glad our dad has wonderful hobbies that keep us at the beach. :)
We brought Chica with us today. She is not quite a beach dog, but we had a lot of fun introducing her to the water.
Josh and I picked up one more hobby--stand up paddle board. I absolutely love it! It takes a lot of work to stay balanced, but you can go at your own pace, and take in the surroundings as you go. It is a lot easier to paddle with the wind, than against it. I think I paddled for a good 15 minutes in one spot on the way back to shore. I'm sure I'll get a hang of it--as soon as Josh buys me a board. :)
