roadrunner--no, coyote--check!


This is what we saw in our backyard yesterday morning. We hear coyotes all the time, and we have seen them before, but not this close to our home. And, this one wasn't skittish, he hung around all morning, even with our protector, Emma, barking!!

We've been watching the coyote too...Tommy thinks maybe its a she with pups in the brush to feed on mice from the field?!

Better than mice I guess. You don't have to worry about him sneaking into your house, I hope!
