part two
We made our way up to Brimstone Hill/Fortress. We rented a car for a few days--and yes, I still hear a little voice in my head saying, "STAY LEFT!" They drive on the wrong side of the road, and the steering wheel is on the wrong side too. Josh did all the driving, but I was still very aware of what was going on, since the roads are small, and other drivers tend to go a little fast. :)
My three on the outside wall of the fortress. The view was awesome, and the kids enjoyed exploring the fort.
My stylin' Camee! :)
We bought Kayden's dress and Karston's shirt at the Batik Factory on Romney Manor (pictures may come in part three). :) Kayden LOVED her dress, and wanted to wear her "very special dress" everywhere she went. :)
(above) You would think the kids had never had orange soda before or maybe everything just tastes better on an island in the Caribbean. :)
Kayden's Marilyn Monroe picture. :)
We had the hardest time finding monkeys on the island--it wasn't until the day before we left Kayden saw one wild monkey near the beach--but we did get to play with two pet monkeys, and even saw a monkey riding a donkey's back. :)
to be continued . . .
