a stomach bug

For the past two weeks, Karston has suffered from a stomach bug, but after a trip to the doctors, he is finally feeling better. :) He missed a lot of school. :( He would be sick for a couple of days, then better, then get sick again. We didn't really know what was wrong, and the doctor really didn't either, but glad to see he is feeling like his old self again . . . finally. And luckily, the rest of us haven't gotten sick . . . well, until last night . . . my tummy hurts. :( But hopefully no one else will get it, and we will be healthy for Christmas.



Last weekend, Dad & the girls spent the day together, while I stayed home with Karston. We got a little bored, so we decided to go take a little walk in the fresh air. We had a lot of fun being together. :)

Karston was still not feeling good on the last day of school before Christmas break, but he didn't want to miss his performance, so I brought him up to school, so he could perform with his classmates. They did a great job! Karston's teacher, Mrs. Maccarone organized the whole event. :)

The kinder, first, second, and third graders performed. This was so much better than sitting in a classroom eating junk food . . . as most schools do on the last day of school. :)
