Science Olympiad

Saturday, Colony Middle School participated in the Science Olympiad.  I got to be one of the coaches this year (I wasn't much help, since this was my first year, and I really had no clue what I was doing), but very thankful to Mrs. Walker who made sure we did as much as we could so the students could have FUN (and win a few medals too).  We had the best team, and yes, we weren't very confident that we would actually win, so when we did place in several subjects, and then won third place overall--we were beyond excited!!  It is so awesome watching your students work hard in preparation, learn so much, get sooooo excited, and get rewarded for all the fun they had!  Go CMS!
