Karston competed in his first cross country meet this week! He ran 2 miles at 7000 feet with hills galore. We are very proud of Karston . . . following in his father's footsteps. And . . . Josh signed up for his sixth marathon!! He'll be running in the Houston Chevron Marathon in January!
