Albuquerque

We've been trying to catch Karston up on all that we have done and seen while he was gone, but it has been kind of difficult because of the RAIN (I thought we lived in a desert).  We tried to hike Grasshopper Trail, but the weather wouldn't cooperate . . . rainy and cold!  BRRRRR!

So . . . until we have a weekend with a little bit of summer weather, we decided to take off to the big city of Albuquerque (about a 45 minute drive).  We did some school shopping, ate at our favorite restaurant--Macaroni Grill, and spent some time as a family.  :)

We call this version of Karston . . . Coolio!  :)

Josh's co-worker played in a football game--police officers vs. the local almost pro football team.  

We also got to go to Cliff's, the amusement park (Cami has been wanting to go ever since we moved here).   This was the first time for Kayden to ride a real roller coaster--the Ratler.  Josh didn't know if she would make it--she freaked out big time.  :)
