la chica Cami

CCISD decided to close all schools for a whole week. The kids had mixed feelings about this. Cami had been excited to celebrate cinco de mayo with her class, and Karston was looking forward to Sunnyfest that was supposed to be held this Friday evening. :( Cami was lucky enough to still go to school though--her Mommy's school. :) Cami went with me to Spanish class this morning. She took lots of notes, & will be helping her Mom study for the final. Habla Espanol?!?!!

My kids are sad they have to miss out on stuff too. They were looking forward to Good man, Charlie Brown.

So, are you guys pretty much staying home? We're not sure if we should go out or just stay put like they'e advising.

Guess now y'all are tied with same amount of "snow" days that we got. Do you have to go to school until June like we do??????? hehehehe :)
