just a paintin'

I don't know why we decided to take on such a big project right in the middle of the semester, baseball season starting, scouts starting . . . um . . . Granny coming to visit . . . but that tends to be how we do things around here. BUT happy to say, we are pretty much done, and the dirtiest house in the world is finally back to livable conditions. :) I don't know if you are like me, but when I'm doing one project, everything else in the house gets backed up--yuck! :(

We decided to convert our master bedroom closet (which is HUGE, and even has a window), to Cameron's new bedroom. We let her decide who would get the new room. We installed a new door, directly to her bedroom, and then rearranged the whole upstairs. Kayden took over Karston's old room, and Karston took Camee/Kay's old room. This meant three rooms needed to be repainted. :) . . . . let's just say---everybody better like their new rooms, because it isn't getting repainted anytime soon. I should post pictures of how every one's room looks, but I'm too tired . . . sorry (maybe tomorrow). :(
