yuck!

ummmmm . . . yuck!! But you definitely don't want to test out my arm pits at the moment . . . running in this humid, hot weather makes me sweat!!! How in the world can you train for a half marathon in this heat?!?! I even went running at 7:30 in the morning---ugh!! Kayden was very helpful though. She promptly brought me a towel, without me even asking. :)
