Birthday Bash
Karston's birthday was last Saturday, but his party/celebration was this afternoon, but the festivities started this morning when his Dad pulled up in this . . .
a picture is worth a thousand words---(above) Karston's face when he saw what his Dad gave him for his birthday . . . (below) a ride in a 1967 Ford Mustang (Karston's favorite, FAVORITE car)!!! :)
Karston is a man with little emotion, he doesn't get excited about much, but his face says everything--he was loving it!! :)
"Papa---let's see who wins, my mustang or your beretta!!"
The party began later that afternoon, after we had eaten a Brewster's Street--yummy hamburgers!!
All of Karston's friends decorated cupcakes for him. :) (that's what a mom calls an easy birthday cake)

A bouncy house was in the plans, but due to all the wet weather, it didn't happen, so we came up with a few games for all the kids to play---everyone had a GREAT time!
