Tea Party Time!!!

I have been seriously depressed about the state of our government for awhile now. Just the overwhelming feeling like something very bad is happening, & there is nothing I can do about it. I've had to turn off Glenn Beck a lot lately because he is just too dang depressing. I can't listen to him without wanting to build a cave in a forest and put a year supply of food & gold in there. Does anyone feel the same?! I know millions of Americans ARE feeling the same way I do, & it isn't just the Republicans, this crosses party lines. Most Democrats I know are not for socialism. And, that it seems is exactly where the president and congress seem to be taking our nation . . . exactly (more gov't spending, more gov't dept, more hands-on gov't control, middle class tax cuts? huh?, abortion, a new civilian army). I have heard about the 'tea parties' held in various cities, and was hoping extremely BAAAADDDD that one could be organized for Corpus Christi. And my wish came true yesterday as I was listening to the Eric Von Wade show on 1440 Keyes!!!! We finally get a place where we can express our outrage, anger, and love for our country and its founding, FOUNDING values--April 15--Lawrence Street T-head--3-5 PM!!!!! Woohooo!!! I may even have to skip a class for this one. And then the air show that weekend--it is going to be awesome!
